MVP in weeks

A first working version of your product, scoped to what you need to test with real users and delivered on a fixed date.

Overview

An MVP is the smallest product that lets you learn something real from real users. Ours start with a one-week scoping sprint that ends in a written plan and a fixed price, followed by a clickable prototype you can put in front of people before we write application code.

The build itself takes six to ten weeks and covers the core feature set only. Everything else goes on a roadmap for version two. At launch you get measurement in place, so the decisions after the MVP are made on data rather than opinion.

Scope

What you get, and who it is for.

Included

  • One-week scoping sprint with a written plan and price
  • Clickable prototype before any code
  • Six to ten week build of the core feature set
  • Launch, measurement setup and a roadmap for version two

A good fit for

  • Founders validating an idea before raising or hiring
  • Companies testing a new product line without a full engineering team
  • Teams that need something usable on a date, not a perfect thing eventually

Common questions

Questions we usually get.

What does an MVP cost?
It depends on scope, which is why the scoping sprint comes first. You leave it with a fixed price and a date, and you can take those documents anywhere.
What happens after launch?
Many clients continue on a monthly retainer to build version two from what the MVP taught them. Some pause, which is fine; you own everything either way.
