Privacy notice
What we collect, and what we do with it.
Short version: we keep what you send us through the contact form so we can reply, we do not run trackers, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Who we are
This website is operated by Eterna (legal entity name to be confirmed), Registered address to be confirmed. Questions about this notice or about your data can be sent to hello@eternasolutions.dev.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, company and budget range you enter, together with your message and the time it was sent.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs for every visit, including your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running.
This site does not use analytics scripts, advertising trackers or cookies for tracking. Fonts and images are served from our own domain.
Why we use it
Contact details and messages are used to reply to your inquiry and, if it leads to a project, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who write to us, and the steps needed before entering a contract with you.
Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available.
Where it goes
Contact form submissions are delivered to our internal messaging or customer-relationship tools so the right person can reply. They are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
The site is hosted by a cloud provider that processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Depending on where you are, this may involve transfers outside your country under standard contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. If a project follows, details are kept for the duration of the engagement and as long as the law requires afterwards.
Server logs are retained for a short, rolling period set by our hosting provider, typically no more than 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to how it is used, or ask for a copy in a portable format. Write to us at the address above and we will respond within one month.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
We will update this notice if our practices change. The date below shows when it was last revised.
